In the second week of February, the seaports of the Krasnodar Territory increased foreign supplies of grain

From 7 to 13 February 2017, the seaports of the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation (Novorossiysk, Yeisk, Temryuk, Tuapse, Kavkaz and Taman) exported 16 ships with grain and its by-products in the amount of more than 331 thousand tons, including more 308 thousand tons of wheat, reports the territorial department of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea on February 15.

During the reporting period, the supply of grain commodities affected 9 countries, including Turkey, Egypt, Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, India, Lebanon and Italy. In addition, the Rosselkhoznadzor clarified that, to date, seaports continue to load wheat, corn, barley on ships, in the amount of more than 237 thousand tons. The cargo is planned to be delivered to Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and Sudan.
