Did you know? Herbicide in Latin herba - grass, caedo - kill.

Mechanism of action and active substance

The active ingredient of Agrokiller is acid glyphosphate or isopropylamine salt. It penetrates the treated vegetation through the stems and leaves. Spreading, the drug has a detrimental effect on the vegetative mass and roots of the plant. If the substance enters the ground, then the negative impact on the germination of cultivated seeds and their normal development does not carry. When used once in recommended doses, the drug does not impair the environmental characteristics of the site. The drug is well proven in the total elimination of weeds for sowing the lawn or the development of virgin.

Did you know? Ants, which are called "lemon", contain a natural herbicide that kills the shoots of all plant species except Duroia hirsuta, they inject formic acid into the leaves. As a result of this impact in the forests of the Amazon in some areas only one plant species grows, for which these territories are called "Devil's Gardens".

"Agrokiller" is effective in the treatment of garden weeds:

  • On the plot with potatoes - creeper, sod, plantain, sow thistle, dandelion;
  • On the cereal sites - buttercup, wormwood, field loach, cornflower, sorghum;
  • Along the paths and ditches - nettle, dandelion, elemental Jerusalem artichoke, snyt, thistle.

Method of application of herbicide against weeds

For effective and safe use of the Agrokiller herbicide from weeds it is necessary to follow the instructions for use.

Other herbicides are also used to control weeds: Ground, Lontrel-300, Roundup, Lapis lazuli.

In the gardens, Agrokiller is used exclusively to prepare the site for planting seedlings. The treatment is carried out by spraying the solution on the shoots of weeds during the growing season.

Planting and sowing of plants should be carried out two weeks after the treatment of weeds with herbicides. After preparation of the solution, it must be used immediately; the Antikiller is not subject to storage in a diluted form.

Important! It is not recommended to treat the vegetation before the rain, otherwise the effectiveness of the herbicide decreases.

The application of the drug

Unstable weeds are treated with a solution: on 1 l of water 10 ml of "Agrokiller" two weeks before planting.

Treatment-resistant plants are sprayed with a solution: on 1 l of water 15 ml of herbicide two weeks before planting. Areas that are not intended for growing garden crops can be treated with the Agrokiller solution with a higher dosage: 15 ml per 1 l of water.

The treatment is carried out in the evening or in the morning in dry weather in protective clothing and a mask. After processing for seven days, you should not loosen the soil or try to remove weeds mechanically, because Agrokiller shows its effect gradually.

Processing methods

The treatment is carried out in one way - spraying vegetative weeds.

Compatibility with other means

"Agrokiller" can not be used with other means.

Hazard Class "Agrokiller"

Herbicide "Agrokiller" refers to the third class of danger for both humans and bees. This means that the drug is considered moderately dangerous.

In order to protect the body from poisoning or possible allergic reactions, it is necessary to use a mask when spraying and protect exposed areas of the body with clothing.

Important! Do not recommend to treat with herbicide areas, near which grow fruit and vegetable cultures.

Storage conditions and shelf life

This herbicide can be stored in a dark inaccessible and cool place for five years from the date of manufacture in the original packaging. To use the divorced solution immediately after preparation, not to store the remains.

Thus, this tool is considered to be very effective in controlling weeds. It is necessary to comply with safety measures and instructions for use to protect themselves and to preserve the effectiveness of its use.
