This variety grows both in the greenhouse and in open soil. It has shown itself well when cultivated in the harsh conditions of Siberia, the Urals and the Far East, it is for these regions that the variety “Grandee” is included in the State Register. This variety was officially registered in 2004, after which the variety quickly became a favorite because of high yields and tasty, rather large fruits.

Care and watering in open ground
To get a bountiful and high-quality crop of tomatoes "Grandee", you need to follow the regularity of organic and mineral supplements, because plants are very demanding in the presence of nutrients in the soil. When flowering and fruit ripening, mineral fertilizers will be useful. To a greater extent than when grown in greenhouse conditions, tomatoes on open ground need weeding, pasynkovanii and abundant watering, but watering should be reasonable, not excessive, otherwise it will adversely affect plants.
