This was stated by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on January 3, pointing out that the French government would give a 64 million euro loan to realize this, which should cover all costs. This money will be mainly spent on solving the "water" problem in the city of Mariupol. 
The French government lent this money for a period of 30 years at 0.8% per annum, taking into account that Ukraine will become one of the sales markets for French food products and other goods.
