This was stated by the director of the company "Agroanalysis" Vadim Dudka, who believes that the conditions of the Ukrainian climate for growing this plant will be extremely pleasant.
An artichoke is a bud, or rather a flower, which belongs to the Istrov family. Chrysanthemums, dandelions, gerberas and other flowers belong to its neighbors in the family. But the artichoke has become popular because it grows in large prickly bushes, and its inflorescences can be eaten.
At the moment, at world prices, the artichoke costs around $ 50 per kilogram. Experts also believe that in Ukraine, this delicacy will be lower in price and no worse in quality than the relatives who were grown in France. There are already varieties of megabyx artichokes, the inflorescence of which can be reloaded for 500 g, but recently in Europe mini artichokes, which decorate the main dish, are popular.
