Ukraine exports most pasta to the EU

Ukraine exports pasta to many European countries, which account for 69% of exports. For January-November 2016 in the EU, this product was delivered at $ 17,600,000, which is 4.2 times more than in a similar period in 2010 ($ 4,200,000).

One of the leading countries in importing products from the EU in 2016 was Germany, which managed to bring 13.6% of all pasta products, second place was taken by England, which fell to 12.6%, and third place was taken by Spain, which purchased almost the same amount like England - 12.3%.

For the most part, Ukraine exports to the EU quick cooking noodles. This production accounts for 88.4% of the total export, which has increased 4 times over the last 6 years compared to 2010. At present, pasta exports in Ukraine exceed imports. In 2016, for every dollar of imported pasta accounted for 1.8 dollars exported Ukrainian products.
