This was stated by the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Krasnoyarsk region, after a raid on one of the meat workshops in the regional center. In the pork were found dangerous bacteria and the causative agent of the disease listeriosis. 
Thus, during the inspection, 3,671 kg of pork were found without the necessary accompanying documents, as well as 100 kg of minced meat already prepared. At the moment, against the owners of the shop began to initiate a criminal case for violation of the veterinary and sanitary rules for harvesting, processing and storage of livestock products.
