In Ulan-Ude, toffee was presented for a classic Buryat recipe called: "Dessert for Burkhan". The first to try this novelty were farmers and restaurant owners.
According to the authors of the project, the main idea of the presentation was to remind about the authentic delicacy, about which residents of the people forget, and also to teach the hostesses of Buryatia to prepare them by themselves. Recently, a workshop was held for farmers and restaurant owners, at which participants learned to cook 8 Buryat sweets.
According to the authors, ethno-toffee from Buryatia will soon be able to export, so that they can be tasted by residents of other countries.
