Artificial meat sales reached $ 4 billion and continue to grow

The meat market, which was created by man, and not grown in natural conditions, is growing. According to data for 2017, sales of artificial meat and meat products reached $ 4 billion, and today sales figures of vegetable substitutes for animal protein are constantly increasing.

The trend towards the development of the market of artificial meat is due to the fact that worldwide there is an increasing interest in vegetarian and vegan lifestyles.
