Kohlrabi is a vegetable that is valued for its high content of ascorbic acid. Eat a stelplod, which looks like a turnip with leaves, which grows above the ground and does not come into contact with the soil. The stem is light green or purple, round or flat-rounded in shape, depending on the type of cabbage. The leaves have long petioles and are triangular or oval in shape and grow mainly on the top.
